Our services can be summed up in three categories: Information and referral, Support and advice and, of course, Assistance in filing a complaint.
Why make a complaint
The health and social services offered in the province of Quebec are sound. They are of the highest quality and the people that provide them are dedicated and competent. Yet, problems can arise and there is always room for improvements. Complaints are therefore useful in maintaining and improving the quality of services. Moreover, it’s your right to do so!
