If the subject of your complaint is not related to the Complaint Process, you will be referred to the appropriate organization or professional. That service is known as “Information and referral”.
Perhaps you just want to consult us about a potential complaint, but you have not yet decided whether or not you are ready to proceed in the formal process. We will take the time to inform you of the various steps and available recourses. This is what we call a “Support and advice”. On the other hand, if you wish to proceed but your complaint is not admissible, per se, you will be referred to the proper professional association.
Last, but not least, if you do decide to proceed with your complaint within the Complaint Process, the type of service you will receive is called “Assistance in filing a complaint.” Here is what we can do for you:
