Services
Our services can be summed up in three categories: Information and referral, Support and advice and, of course, Assistance in filing a complaint.
Reprisals
According to the Law, no person shall take reprisals or attempt to take reprisals in any manner whatever against any person who makes or intends to make a complaint.
No cases have been reported to this day. Nonetheless, should it happen, the law states clearly that the person responsible for examining the complaint must intervene without delay.
